AUCTION RULES
- All NIADA Auctions open at 10:00am EDT time zone (New York).
- The 2024 “Dragons” auction starts on Friday, Sept. 13th, and ends Sunday, Sept. 15th starting @ 12:00pm (noon) EDT.
- Closing times are staggered in 30-minute increments to 8:30pm EDT -- NOTE THE ENDING TIMES!
- All sales are final. Shipping is included. Currency: USD only
- Any auction items left unclaimed after 48 hours will be sold to the next highest bidder.
- NIADA reserves the right to add or withdraw items without notice, to or from the auction.
- By participating in the NIADA Auctions, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
- To participate in the NIADA Auctions, please register and create a bidding profile with your personal information.
- You will need a valid email address to receive an email every time you are outbid.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information on your profile is VALID and CURRENT. You may view and edit your profile by logging onto the NIADA Auctions website.
- All bids start at $150.00.
- The opening bid on each item must be at least the minimum bid listed.
- Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of $10.00 and can be higher than the minimum amount specified.
- There is no proxy bidding, the bid placed is the current bid.
- No bids will be removed or lowered once they have been posted.
- Registered Users can bid on as many items as they choose, can watch auctions, and get email updates and notifications if they are outbid.
- Bidding continues until the auction ends or is closed by the admin.
- “The Precious” has a starting bid of $150.00.
- Bidder A places a $150.00 opening bid.
- Bidder B places the $10.00 minimum bid increment.
- The current bid is raised to $160.00.
- Bidder C places a $170.00 bid, which becomes the new current bid.
- Bidder A places a $200.00 bid, outbidding Bidder C.
- Bidding continues in this fashion till the auction closes at the time specified.
- The highest bid at the end is the winner.
- The closing time of the auction will be listed on each auction item page.
- Once bidding closes, the items you have won become your responsibility to proceed with payment.
- The winning bidders will be contacted to arrange shipment to the purchaser. Note: Shipping service interruptions may impact shipments among various countries.
- Payment for all purchases is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction.
- After an auction is over, the winner will receive an email notification with the payment instructions.
- The email will contain a link back to the Auction Payment page with a button link to the secure PayPal website to pay the winning bid price by credit card. A PayPal account is not required.
- The item(s) will be promptly shipped to you upon payment.
